Quality Objectives of Sha Tin Cold Storages : - Number of complaints less than 5 within a year; - Respond to oral complaints within 1 working day, and written    complaints within 5 working days upon receipt; - Issuance of warrants within 4 working days upon receipt of   goods; - Maintain Annual Storage Occupancy Rate at no less than 80%.
